- DESCRIPTION:American Aircraft Sales is proud to present this 1986 Challenger 601-1A/3A for sale. N601AA will be sold with a fresh 9600 hour inspection included in the sale at seller’s expense. In addition to these fresh maintenance inspections N601AA boasts the navigational capabilities of RVSM, 8.33 spacing, FM Immunity, RNP 5, RNP 10 and enhanced surveillance. The avionics system is additionally outfitted with dual high frequency radios with selective calling, Laseref INS, Dual Global GNS-XLS, Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System and wiring for a flight data recorder.N601AA was completely refurbished with a complete chemical strip and repaint in 2009. Additionally in 2009 the interior was completely refurbished with a recovering of all seats, carpet, side panels, and headliner in the cockpit and cabin .

Interior was refurbished December 2009. Pro Aircraft Interiors, Inc. recovered cockpit/cabin seats, cockpit/cabin headliner, cockpit/cabin sidewalls, all closets, cockpit/cabin carpeting, all window shades/curtains, entryway stairs/floor and re-webbed all cockpit/cabin shoulder harnesses/seat belts.
Baggage compartment was refurbished back in July 2007 by replacement of sidewall panels and floor carpeting. Cockpit & cabin carpeting were recently replaced back in February 2012.
Nine (9) Passenger interior in beige leather and trim with forward galley along with four facing seats in forward cabin. Two individual facing seats opposite a 3 place couch in the aft cabin. A fully enclosed aft lavatory is in the aft cabin. The Brightwork in the cabin is finished in antique brass. The woodwork throughout the cabin is finished in walnut. Cabin entertainment includes an Airshow 100 Moving Map with a worldwide database, 2 video monitor, DVD, iPod dock. An AirCell Phone System is installed. LED upwash and down wash lights. New one piece sidewalls.
Aircraft was repainted in October 2009. Stewart Aviation stripped, prepped, primed and repainted aircraft using following colors: Awlgrip Light Ivory 00277, Awlgrip Flag Blue G5002, Awlgrip Las Vegas Gold Effect 10494.
