From a young age, Mr. Tolbert was groomed to fulfill a second generation leadership role at AAS. As president of the firm he oversees all aspects of aircraft sales and acquisitions, marketing, business development and market research.
Beginning at the age of 17, he learned every facet of the company’s services in business aviation, starting in corporate aircraft market research. During college, Mr. Tolbert attended classes full-time, earned a pilot’s license, and joined the sales team. By the time he graduated, Mr. Tolbert had emerged as a sales leader, having closed over a dozen transactions of corporate aircraft with a combined value of over $30 million by the age of 22.
Mr. Tolbert is an instrument rated pilot, and received a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and management from the University of South Florida.
A native of Rio de Janeiro, and son of a Força Aérea Brasileira (Brazilian Air Force) veteran, Mr. Rosa puts his multi-linguistic skills and economic education to good use with American Aircraft Sales in his Latin-America focused role. Building on a long history of international transactions, he provides the company and its clients with in-depth information and access to buyers and sellers in Brazil and throughout Central and South America. Coupled with an understanding of economic drivers throughout the region, Mr. Rosa’s work enhances the company’s market analysis and ability to develop successful pricing strategies. He is expected to complete a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Harriet Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University in December 2016. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and teaches English as a second language to members of the Palm Beach community.
Mrs. Tolbert joined American Aircraft Sales in 1980 working alongside her late husband and company founder Charlie Tolbert. Over the years she has worked in a variety of capacities within the business, from research, sales, and marketing, to operational management and accounting. In addition to serving in an executive capacity, her industry experience and knowledge of business aviation are invaluable resources to the entire team. Mrs. Tolbert earned a BS in Geology from Towson University.
David Kaiyalethe joined American Aircraft with over a decade of experience in the financial industry, focused on building and strengthening client relationships by anticipating their needs and delivering insight to support their business. As principal of asset management consulting business he helped multi-billion dollar hedge and mutual funds enhance their brands, build value around their investment philosophies, and launch new products. Mr. Kaiyalethe was previously Director of Client Relations for event-driven hedge fund in Minneapolis. Prior, he ran the asset management practice for a public relations firm in New York City, designing brand building campaigns to guide clients through the strategic integration and execution of their marketing, investor and media relations, and crisis communications.
Mr. Kaiyalethe earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Building on a lifelong passion for airplanes, Andrew Nicholson has worked in the aviation industry for over 10 years. At American Aircraft Sales he is a member of our Executive Sales team and serves as the company’s point person to conduct feasibility studies for corporate and private clients. After earning a B.S. in Airline Management, and M.S. in Aeronautics Operations and Safety at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Nicholson joined Jet Aviation, a leader in business aircraft charter and management. He later returned to Embry-Riddle to complete an Aviation focused MBA, and develop expertise in the financial aspects of aircraft acquisition, sales, depreciation, and taxes. During this time he formed the very first NBAA Official Student Group (NBAA OSG) and served as its president. With all training hours completed, Mr. Nicholson is very close to being certified as a pilot for private aircraft.
Ms. Lane joined American Aircraft Sales with many years of executive sales experience across various industries. Immediately prior, she spent 11 years in the large group health insurance industry as a sales consultant, custom tailoring voluntary group benefit programs to enhance and supplement clients’ core major medical platforms. Previously, she worked for major cruise lines including Celebrity Cruises, and Costa Cruise Lines, developing marketing and sales programs to meet regional financial objectives in both New York and Florida. Additionally, she worked as a Stockbroker and Financial Planner for Joseph Charles & Associates in West Palm Beach. She began her career with Air Florida, where she was Sales Manager for the airline. Ms. Lane graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aviation Management and has pursued additional post-graduate studies.
The newest member of American Aircraft Sales’ team, Mr. Skirvin brings an enthusiasm for business aviation and commitment to client service to the role. With a focus on meeting and exceeding expectations for buyers and sellers, he has quickly distinguished himself for his personal integrity and work ethic. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Skirvin held positions at Park Summit Senior Living Positions and ETI Financial Corporation. He is active in his church as a lay leader and teaches Sunday School to children. He is pursuing a BS in Management at Florida Atlantic University.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Guenthardt is the consummate aviation professional, covering all of the bases from sales and acquisition consulting, to non-bankable asset management, to finance consulting. In addition to his responsibilities with American Aircraft Sales, he is Managing Partner of Swisspath Aviation AG, an affiliate company of leading independent multi-family office Swisspath AG.
Prior to joining the Swisspath Group, Mr. Guenthardt was the Managing Director of a Private Executive Aviation Consulting firm, operating globally from Switzerland, and was formerly chief executive of two international business aviation companies, one based in Switzerland, the other the United States.
Mr. Guenthardt is also a FOCA (Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation) Accountable and Quality Manager, and an EASA Airline Transport Pilot. He is fluent in English and German.

Based in the Zurich office, Mr. Roue is a Global Business Aviation expert, bringing three decades of experience with Airlines and Corporate aviation. Prior to joining Swisspath Aviation AG as Business Development Manager, he served as Head of Aviation, Client Aviation Manager, Flight Training Manager and Head of Training for major Companies and like Netjets Europe, TAG, and Global Jet. During his career he has been based in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, working to enhance training and standards for well-known Groups like BAA China.
Mr. Roue is an EASA Government approved Accountable and Training Manager and holds valid EASA and FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licenses. He is type rated on Beechcraft, Boeing, Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, and Gulfstream. He is fluent in French and English.

Ms. Cazin works with Messrs. Guenthardt and Roue as Project Manager at American Aircraft Sales and Swisspath Aviation AG. Before joining Swisspath she spent six years as an IT consultant in Moscow. Ms. Cazin earned a BS in Computer Science and Applied Economics, and a MBA from the University of St. Gallen. She is fluent in English and Russian.
